Curtain Wall
Stick Systems
Generally used for storefronts, podium façades, and other low rise buildings with easy access to the façade. Our stick Curtain Wall systems are cleverly designed and engineered with dry sealed façades with inner EPDM gaskets and outer wet sealed joints with toggle fixings or silicone gaskets (exposed to UV light) with pressure plates and caps.
Ventilated and pressure equalized systems can achieve a thermal transmittance of U values less than 1,6W/m2K and acoustic performance ratings up to RW= 48dB by using high performance acoustic laminated double-glazed units.

Our Stick Curtain Wall systems are tested by Intertek Testing Laboratory in accordance to BS EN, ASTM, AAMA, Standard. Maintenance of our system is relatively straightforward as the low installation height generally allows for access by scaffolding or scissor lift.

Unitized Curtain Wall Systems
Carefully designed and crafted to be used for either interior or exterior purpose and as structural glazed systems. Our unitized curtain wall system is composed of large units that include the structural aluminum framing elements and are assembled and glazed in the factory, shipped to the site and erected on the building.
Each unitized curtain wall system is well thought out, planned, design and engineered at one-storey height and one module wide, with possibility and allowance to incorporate additional corner modules or bespoke customization if required by architect, designer or building owner
Our typical unitized curtain wall system sizes are 4000mm high by 1500mm wide double glazed units with inner safety glass (fully tempered or heat soak tested) with outer glass panes specified. Spandrel glass can be provided as monolithic, laminated, or insulated with options for a shadow box and/or back pan insulation

Glass Wall and Point-Fixed glazing offer Our engineered glass walling system utilizes fully tempered glass with bolted fittings directly fixed to the concrete structure, supported by glass fins, steel members, or stainless steel cables.
We prioritize minimizing structural visibility and maximizing visual clarity, ensuring weatherproofing and airtightness with silicone sealant between glass units. Our systems accommodate various façade shapes, roofs, and canopies in single, double, or triple glazed configurations to meet thermal and acoustic requirements.
Each glasswork unit undergoes rigorous analysis for load, deflection, and movement using finite element analysis. Point fixings support dead, wind, and live loads while accommodating building movements. On-site installation includes subframes, hardware, glass units, joint sealant, insulation, and metalwork. Structural and weather tests validate our design and engineering at independent laboratories.
